My Baby Blue-eyed Lake, Struggling Shins, Not All of Spring is Broken
By Luke Samra
My Baby Blue-eyed Lake
She’s got curves like a river
She’s my body of water
She’s my tattoo
Cuz she’s on my skin
She’ll be there
Sailor
Struggling Shins
I get buzzed on your backwash
Patience makes things ageless
The traffic lights got
More sleep than I did
But I can play lazy blues
Pressing down as hard
As I can so I can get
The best sound in every fret
We’re like a chord
Muddy water and my wheels spin
Relax
Brainstorms
Play
Deeper than my chin
Not All of Spring is Broken
You planted me
Before April’s last frost
Even snow could not stop me
