- Ellema Albert Neal is a doctoral candidate at Fielding Graduate University School of Education for Leadership and Change where she studies educational paradigms that value equally the mental, somatic, and spiritual dimensions of human knowing. Her research explores spiritually pragmatic multi-disciplinary approaches that consciously evolve individual and collective capacities associated with the realization of human unity. Ellema holds a B.S. in Leadership from Union University, and is a career IT professional who works at GE Healthcare. She is a non-fiction writer and poet; was an online news journalist, and documentary film maker. She has held positions in local government, served as a community business developer, transformation change leader, and environmental event organizer.
