- My name is Nicole S. Gwyn. My first poem was published in my hometown's local newspaper when I was eight, but I didn't begin writing professionally until I was 26. For eight years, I wrote for a Nashville-based entertainment and media company in the areas of press writing, feature writing, legal writing and web content/copy editing. I have a B.A. in English and American Language & Literature from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
