- Garrett is the author of the Jehoshua series, historical fiction books devoted to early Christianity. The first in the series was published in April 2013, and titled Jehoshua: Signs and Wonders. This book spanned the period from Jehoshua's (Jesus Christ) execution to the beginning of persecutions of Christians under Nero. The second book, due out in early 2014, will explore the next 25 years in Christianity's development, including the destruction of Jerusalem in 70-73 CE. In response to readers' requests, Garrett published a book entitled Who Cuts God's Hair, which explains his views on God, religion, prayer, Christianity, and the creation of the universe.
