I was allegedly born. I have no memory of this and the evidence is purely circumstantial. I wrote my first "Stephen King" story when I was 13. Stephen King may have written his first story earlier, but he had the advantage of actually being Stephen King. I write thousand-word short stories mostly, except in November. Then I write 50,000 word first drafts for National Novel Writing Month. I've "won" five out of five years. Now if only someone will come up with National Clean Up Your First Draft Month...
