  • I am a mom, wife, and graduate school student. I graduated from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a Master's degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Sport and Exercise Psychology. I am currently working on a 2nd Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. I am currently working on a book, "A Journey to Nirvana Using Knitting Needles and Running Shoes." I also have a blog on ChicagoNow called Active Suburbia.
