- I released my third book, Role Reversal How to Take Care of Yourself and Your Aging Parents August 16, 2016. It just won a Finalist Award for USA Best Book of 2016 in the self help/relationships category. My previous book, Riding the Infertility Roller Coaster, received 4 book awards including best book of the year from USA BookNews and the National Association of Parenting Publications.I have been a patient advocate and medical social worker for 40 years. In addition I have been doing freelance writing of health related articles for 15 years.
