- Lamont has been a leader in supplier diversity for the past 14 years after receiving national awards and acknowledgements, to include those recognizing individuals and companies that have made an outstanding contribution in fostering leadership and workplace diversity in the health care industry. Lamont's autobiography “TransformNational: Journey of a Bastard” details his personal experiences in overcoming challenges growing up on Chicago’s violent West Side to achieve success. In 2012, Lamont successfully launched Robinson LaRueCo Consulting LLC (RLC) a consulting firm that helps companies owned by women, minorities, veterans and LGBTs to find opportunities with public and private sector organizations.
