- Mary is an award winning playwright and novelist. Her first published book was a children's novel entitled The Adventures of Cleaver and Whizjam On The Isle of Oogle. She is currently working on her novel The Quiet which takes place in 1930 Mississippi. Mary is also a playwright. Her work has been seen nationally. Her premieres have been in Chicago. Her work spans homelessness, domestic sex trafficking, gender violence to women's history.
