- June Forte
- June Forte is a writer. She spent 30 years as a journalist, editor, speechwriter and public affairs professional in a variety of military and Department of Defense positions. In a previous life she was a staff reporter for the Colorado Springs Gazette-Telegraph newspaper. Her short story “Texas Teardrops” was selected for public critique and published by Writer’s Digest in a book of what not to do. This, plus a few fillers that appeared in Woman’s World and the Washington Post, leads her to believe she is on the brink of producing a best-selling novel. Stay tuned!
