- Judy Rosella Edwards is a writer from Central Illinois, where she lives with her husband and two cats. She was born in Mattoon, Illinois, and has lived in Virginia, Maine, Indiana, New Mexico and Illinois. She holds a master’s degree in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University. She has lived a life full of unique and varied experiences. She once participated in an all-women straw bale house construction project at an ecovillage. Now retired, she has been a teacher, a technology trainer and a newspaper journalist. Her favorite genre is creative nonfiction. She says. “We seldom think our own story is interesting enough to share. A life can be lived so many ways. I’m always intrigued by choices and happenstance that decorate the time we have inherited.” She has written several books about history and religion. Judy is a contributor to the "Dictionary of Unitarian and Universalist Biography."
