- Chuck Andrews has a history of leadership in technology firms spanning the Fortune 500 to small start-ups in both senior executive and investor roles. He is the CEO and Found of Andrews Network Affiliates, an M&A Advisory firm. He is currently the Chair of Vistage CEO Peer Advisory Board CE4213, an invitation-only organization dedicated to personal and professional growth of executive leaders in both for-profit and non-profit firms. Mr. Andrews previously was a principal with Trycos, Inc., where he launched a national sales organization delivering eCommerce solutions to Fortune 500 companies. He began his technology career with the NCR Corporation and held senior sales management positions with Motorola, Dell and Toshiba. Mr. Andrews is a frequent speaker on privately held business ownership transfers. On behalf of NACVA, he lectures on M&A best practices to national audiences (and was named 2008, 2010 and 2013 Instructor of Great and Exceptional Distinction). He is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Professional (CMAP) through the Middle Market Investment Bankers Association (MMIBA), a FINRA Registered Representative and Wealth Management Advisor (Series 7, 66, 79), and a Past President of Midwest Business Brokers and Intermediaries (MBBI). His non-profit activities include Past Co-Chair of the Joint Ministry Council of International Childcare, a healthcare NGO with operations in Haiti and the Dominican Republic. He is Past Chairman of the Aid Society, a 501C-3 representing the ownership of the Chicago Temple building, the historic home of the First United Methodist Church and a current Board Member of A Giving Heart Foundation
