- Jessica Mack is an Acquisitions Editor at Elsevier for Environmental Science. She is also a writer as a graduate candidate in the MFA Creative Writing program at Antioch University, a Board Member of the Chicago Writers Association, and owner of JEM Edits. She often likes to write various stories of YA/NA fantasy, romance, contemporary, and thriller/suspense. She has been awarded the Best-in-Show award at the Illinois Community College Journalism Annual Fall Contest and was named Reporter of the Year, Best News Columnist, Editorial Writer(s) of the Year, and the Mike Foster General Excellence Award at the Illinois Community College Newspaper Division I conference. She currently lives in Chicago with her significant other and three rambunctious pets.
