Just Write Day Retreat
By Michelle Duster I know that sometimes it's difficult to find time to write, so I've put together a "Just Write" Day Retreat where you can come to one beautiful, inspiring location and completely focus on your writing. You'll be around other like-minded people, but everyone will be in their own world of writing.

Location: National Museum of Mexican Art (West Wing room)
Address: 1852 W. 19th Street, Chicago, IL (Free street parking is available in the area)
Schedule 10am - 3pm (Writing) 3pm - 4pm: Reading (optional)
- No distractions
- No tasks
- No errands
- No interruptions
All you'll need to do is focus on your writing, relax and eat. You can also take walks and be inspired by the interesting environment. Registration (Limit 30 people) $35.00 (Early Bird Registration before May 14th) $45.00 (General Registration between May 14th and June 1st) Includes continental breakfast, beverages and simple lunch. Workshop Your Writing
For those who want to workshop their writing, (meaning you'll get feedback from others), please bring five printed copies of the work you want to workshop. Those who want to workshop will gather together, read each other's work, discuss and give each other feedback. You'll work together as a group.
No Book Sales
If you choose to participate in this "Just Write" Day Retreat, please keep in mind that this is an event that's focused on writing only. There will be no book sales. If you have published work that you'd like people to know about, I'll have a table set aside for you to display your book and place business cards, flyers, bookmarks, etc about your book. But NO on-site sales will take place. Please feel free to pass along to others who might be interested.
