I am a Civil War author, historian and speaker. For more than thirty years I have travelled to Civil War battlefields and related historic sites to conduct research and to explore and study. I have lectured widely on a variety of topics to schools at all levels, historical societies, libraries, and various Civil War round table groups, both locally as well as across the country.
